Original Programming

Creating Conversations has designed a number of original programs to meet the needs of our communities. We can customize one of the programs in the list below to fit into your business or community or help you create something new.

Ladies, Lunch, and Literacy (LLL) - For over 15 years, LLL introduced talented debut authors of literary fiction and nonfiction to the South Bay in Los Angeles. LLL also supported local nonprofit literary organizations doing important work in our community. We would be happy to help you design a similar program.

Smart Summer Reads (SSR) - SSR is a variation of LLL and is a fun way to spend a summer afternoon with local authors and fun summer reads.

Breakfast Business and Books (BBB) - Bring business and current event writers to your community for breakfast by creating a unique speaker series focused on topical subject matter.

A to K: SoCal - This program brings elementary and middle school authors to schools in underserved communities. It was launched in Los Angeles in 2011 and can be duplicated in other cities and other school systems.
